Orders sent within Spain should arrive in 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). International shipping and Canary Islands will take 5-7 business days. Notice these delivery times are being after dispatch. We will always dispatch your goods within 3-4 weeks because the garmments are made by order. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas.

Domestic delivery – 10€ Europe delivery (plus Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) – 15€ International delivery – 25€
If client is shipping to a destination outside European Union, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government and will be responsibility for the client. We recommend to inform yourself at the local customs office of your country, so you will not be surprised by unexpected charges. Consider as well, orders with more that one item could be charging an extra payment on international deliveries.
Because the products are made exclusively by order for each costumer, we are not able to make refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions related to the size fit or you need some advice please send an email to email@example.com.
We are not responsible for damage or loss with occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. In case you receive damaged goods let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim. If the package you receive is battered and you can not open it around the delivery person, please note the fact and make sure that you sign for it as “Damage package – goods not yet inspected”.
